My sytem often gets locked up and I need to shutdown and
reboot when trying to print.
The message reads;
Msmgs:
Illegal operations
Fault in module (unknown)
Registers
Stock Dump:
Bunch of numbers
What can I do to fix this?

If it happens when you print, it would suggest the printer driver is
corrupt. Delete the printer and reinstall it. If you are still having
problems, please come back and let us know which versions of Word and OS you
are using.
