MSN image and information how to?

MSN and many other Information Portals allow the user to Click an arrow to
move through several Home page images and also Click on the image to go to a
story. I also notice that some story boxes allow you to expand the story box
to see additonal story bullets. Is this something I can easily do or is this
pretty sophisticated scripting. If someone has the scripts I can paste in or
a nominal fee for an add on tool I think that would add some great pazzazz
to my Web site.

Any suggestions?

I forgot to say that I am using FrontPage 2003 in Windows XP

I have been able to create something like it by inserting a Layer with a
table inside but wasn't sure if the navigation and collapsible tree was
difficult. Thanks
