MSN Inbox in Outlook

I am unable to connect to my MSN email after setting it
up in Outlook. The error message I receive is:

Task 'MSN Email: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCC35) : 'The server cannot process
the request.'

What version of Outlook?
What version of MSN?
Outlook 2000 is not compatible with MSN 8.

Now if you call 877-635-7019, tell them you use Outlook 2000 for business
and must have MSN working on Outlook, then request a level 3 technichian and
request a rollback.
After that is done, setup the MSN POP3 email account in Outlook.

I have Outlook 2002 and in the email account setup there
is an option for MSN Mail or Hotmail but even with the
correct information it doesn't work.

MSN mailboxes were created after loading MSN 8
