MSN Messanger (7.5) Tabs are in Japanesse Langauge

I have installed at least 5 times! My tabs on my MSN Messenger off to the
left are all in Japanese. Also when I am chatting with one of my contacts
there is a hyperlink at the bottom of the screen which is also in Japanese
(Kanji Characters). I am American, English speaking but when I first
upgraded I was living in Japan. I did uninstall and re-install while I was
in the states and I have the same problem. Please help.........

Try changing the Regional Settings and keyboard in the Control Panel. If
this answer doesn't work, try in one of the Windows newsgroups. This group
is dedicated to Access databases.
