MSN Messenger 4: Forwarding Messages to Mobile Device?

Am I misunderstanding MSN¹s mobile device feature? Under the Mobile
Preferences, it says ³Set up or edit account so my contacts can send
messages to my mobile device². So I¹ve set my account up...but how is it
activated? I thought it would work like AIM¹s forward to mobile device
feature.
