MSN Messenger and Entourage

How to integrate them? I see that I can send a contact a Instant Message
from Entourage if I have Messenger open. I wish I did not have to have it
open and Entourage could tell me if they were online. But such features are
usually only in web mail based clients.

Messenger may have a few features, but all in all it seems to pale in
comparison to iChat, Yahoo, & Skype. Or what am I missing?

I would agree that Messenger does pale in comparison to most other chat
clients. While the integration with Entourage and other Office
applications is available, I personally don't find it of use since I
know nobody using the Microsoft Live chat servers. In some countries,
the Live servers are the most popular, however.

That's the issue I am having. It seems like iChat, Skype and Yahoo messanger
are my most useful.
