After enabling it, MSN messenger does not function in Outlook.
Under "Options", under the "other" tab, I have checked "Enable Instant
Messaging in Microsoft Outlook." Also, I have clicked on the "Options..."
button beside it, which causes the following message to pop up:
"This feature requires MSN Messenger 3.5 or later. Do you want Outlook to
open the MSN Messenger download web page? After you install MSN Messenger,
the changes will be visible after you shut down and restart Outlook."
However, I have MSN Messenger 6.2. Still, there is no sign of MSN messenger
in Outlook.
