MSN Video - No Image

[Chucko]

Whenever I go to any msn video, I get the audio, but the video 'screen' is
blank...just a green screen...can someone help me with this?

Not without a lot more information...

You don't even indicate that you're using a Mac, let alone what type, what
version of OS X [if it *is* a Mac], which browser/version, etc. Actually,
the issue doesn't have any relation to Mac Office at all, but if you provide
sufficient information I bet somebody will be glad to help if they can

If it's *not* a Mac you're using I'd suggest to check the groups available
to you on the following page:

hey...I didn't know I was sending this question to a 'mac only' area...I just
have a Vaio tabletop PC. I don't know what version...the link you sent me
gives me options that do not include MSN Video....please help...be
specific...I'm not comp-savvy

Actually I may have misdirected you in this case I thought there was an
appropriate link there but there doesn't appear to be one.

Go to the MSN Video home page:

http://video.msn.com/v/us/fv/fv.htm?http://video.msn.com/v/us/v.htm

Click the Help link at the lower right corner of the page. The first help
topic deals with requirements - it sounds like there are one or more that
you are lacking. There's also another Help link for Problems with Video
Quality which may pertain.
