MSNStockQuote only partially operative

I use the MSNStockQuote Add-in regularly and have recently noticed that the
'Insert Stock Quote' function on the Data menu no longer works.

After trying everything else and searching fruitlessly through the MSN and
Microsoft help articles, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the MSNStockQuote
function - now I only get a minimal toolbar with a 'Refresh' button and no
addition to the Data menu.

Is support from Excel 2002 MSNStockQuote now limited to this function only
or is there a problem with my system>
