MSO 2008 Mac SME Licensing Question

I'm about to redeem a copy of Microsoft Office 2008 Mac Special Media
Edition for $6.99

either MSO 2008 Mac SME 1 license or MSO 2008 Mac Home And Student
Edition 3 licenses.

Does anyone know if the SME single license permits the user to install
the software on their desktop Mac and also on ONE laptop Mac as other
licenses do?

Hi Kurt!

The EULAs for Office 2008 don't seem to be available on Microsoft's
website yet but I've heard of nothing that has changed about that part
of the license. However, I do recall that VirtualPC, bundled with the
Professional version of Office 2004, had its own EULA apart from the
rest of Office. The licensing for Media Pro may be the same.

I'll ask if someone from Microsoft can provide PDFs of all the EULAs.

Yes, the copy of Office in the SME edition is identical to that of the
regular version, and the license installation terms are the same:
INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS.
a. Licensed Device. The licensed device is the device on which you
use the software. You may install and use one copy of the software
on the licensed device.
b. Portable Device. You may install another copy on a portable
device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device.
