mso.dll missing

I had to uninstall a windows update SP2 and after I did, OE6 won't open,
something about a missing mso.dll file. I've searched the KB but can't find
a solution.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Do you have Office installed on your system (mso.dll is an Office DLL)?
If so, try a repair install. If not, reinstall OE.
