MSO SP2 fails to load, can't find ZF561407.CAB

Attempting to load MSO 2003 Std Serv Pak 2, fails when it cannot find
ZF561407.CAB. It is not present in my machine or on the installation CD
(although I converted a trial version and am using the CD sent by MS.

Can anyone solve the problem. Nothing specific in technet.
