MSO2003: Multiple birthdays?

I am a new (and reluctant) user of Outlook 2003. Learning my way
through various books. Can't seem to find information about how I
could add extra birthdays in a Contacts entry. If I enter the
birthdays in a note, they won't transfer to Calendar. My alternative:
create a new contact for every person in the family. It gets pretty
tedious with multiple children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren
per family.

I searched through "Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Inside Out" for
hours... :-(

Any pointers to a how-to or alternative solutions will be greatly
appreciated. Would be nice if the new fields (if they can added) were
mappable to KeySuite.

You'll have to create seperate contacts. You might want to group them
together using the Company field

Or just create the birthdays as appointments in the calendar. You can
associate the birthdays with one contact to keep them together by family.

Thanks. That's what I have been doing. I was hoping for a less
labor-intensive method. Oh, well....

Hmmm... now that's an idea.. I could set it to start warning me a week
ahead, so I can remember to buy cards.

Thanks, Diane, for the thoughtful input.

Best,

Andrew
