mso9.dll files

J

Jay

I keep getting a message that my mso9.dll file is missing
on my laptop. When I search for it, it appears where it
is supposed to be (I verified it on my desktop). I am at
a loss as to why it is happening. Every time that I
click on my reminders (snooze or dismiss) I get the
message; I also get it on sending emails. Message
says "This application has failed to start because
MSO9.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application
may fix this problem." I just tried it on Data
Management as well. I uninstalled Office XP and re-
installed it. HELP!

Jay,

First, make sure youa re at the latest version of Office. You can get all
the latest updates from http://office.microsoft.com . Second, try removing
Find Fast from the Start Up Menu.

1) Right click on the Start button and choose Explore
2) In Explorer open Programs under the Start Menu
3) Open Startup
4) Delete FindFast from the startup folder
