MSO97.DLL File

All of a sudden any time I try to open any document
created with Office 97, I get a message saying "can't
find the file MSO97.DLL." I searched for this file and it
is in the office folder. Howerver, I can't open or create
any Office documents. Please help, very frustrating!!!
