MSOCACHE

I have machines with office 2003 sp2 that cannot be upgraded to sp3 because
it cannot find certain cab files. I am assuming that the MSOCACHE is
corrupted in these machines. Can I just copy a non corrupted MSOCAHCE folder
from another machine and paste it on the corrupted ones?
