MSOE.DLL

I have updated to Windows XP SP2 and all updates..I can't open
OE..message"Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not
be loaded. I have moved the dbx folders to another drive and it still will
not open. The dll file is in the OE program folder and in windows system32..
what can i do?

I have already answered one of your posts before . I think a couple of days
ago. At that time I mentioned to you that this is NOT an Outlook Express
newsgroup. It is for Outlook. It is a different email client.

I will give you the instructions again since you are posting via the CDO
interface.
Take the link below and copy\Paste it into your IE Browser and go there. Do
not try to click on it here because it will not take you there if you do.
You MUST do it in your IE Browser.
