I'm getting the error message:
"The procedure entry point CreateInfoWindow could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSOERT2.dll."
Consequently, email no longer functions.
I'm running Outlook 2000 Workgroup configuration in WindowsXP Home Edition.
The problem began after I reloaded Windows in an attempt to repair (slow)
damage of an unknown virus to the OS.
I've attempted to clean the registry and reinstalled Office four times. The
speed of the OS has been restored, but I get the error message every time I
open Outlook and the email is not functioning.
