When starting a program from the MS Office Shortcut bar (Office 2000 SP3), it
works well for the first 'shortcut button'.
However, when I try to start another program (or even the same) from the
Shortcut bar, I get an error-message "MSOFFICE.EXE has generated errors and
will be shut down. An errorlog is being created."
The shortcut bar then disappears and I have to restart it. Once re-started,
I can start up exactly 1 program from it. Anytime I try a second shortcut
start (even to HTML pages), I get the above message.
1 - Does anyone know why the program would do this? What have I done wrong
somewhere that started this program to behave like this?
2 - Does anyone know where I would be able to find the log-files that the
program says it is creating. I have scanned my C-drive and cannot find any
file created at the time the message was issued.... so I imagine somehow the
errorlog is not being created. How can I switch it on?
Thanks
