MSOffice SP3 Update problems

I went through a similar experience with Windows 2000 and
Office 2000.
I updated my Windows 2000 to Service Pack 4 build 2195 and
when I udated Office 2000 with Service Pack 3 the
following error appears when trying to embed an org. chart
or excell spreadsheet into Word: "the server
application, source file, or item cannot be found..."
