MSOfficeSBE won't work on cloned new Hard Drive upgrade. Help!

I just cloned my 60GB 4200 rpm Toshiba HD to a new faster Hitachi/Travelstar
7200 rpm HD using EZ Gig II.

The newly installed HD boots up WindowsXP|Pro perfectly well and everything
seems normal (but much faster) until, that is a MSOfficeSBE installation
window appears with a progress bar which is okay for a short while then a
warning pops up: "Installation Error: File Not Found. A required
installation file SKU1CA.CAB could not be found"

It asks for an original installation source which I have. I place in the
MSOfficeSBE Upgrade CD, I hear whirring et.c and the same warning pops up. I
tried a repair thru the Control panel and the same series of events unfold.

Where do I go from here?

Help!

Thanks

Sheesh!

Dummy here didn't realize that the CD drive designation had changed from "D"
to "F". Banged my head on the wall, made the HD pointer change and we're
back in business.

Can't recommend this HD speed upgrade enough. Startup times alone on
WindowsXP and all applications is very much faster.

IIRC, Office XP is only released in an OEM version. If your new hardware
varies too much from the previously installed hardware, it may not recognize
that it is the same system.

OEM software is forever tied to the system on which it was pre-installed.
Contact teh OEM for assistance with this as there may be something they can
do to allow it to install.
