MSOfficeXP Standard For Teachers and Students

Yesterday I installed MS OfficeXP Standard for Teachers and
Students. My mouse stopped working. Dell said that I
would need to reinstall the Windows software that came with
my computer. It's possible that MSOffice XP caused my
pproblems. Can I install this program on another computer
or re-install it on this same computer. I was told that
this is a one-time installation meaning that this program
can only be installed once. Is this true?

What kind of mouse - wireless or other?
