msoInkComment conversion to Microsoft.Ink

I am trying to do a conversion of a msoInkComment shape in VSTO to
Microsoft.Ink using the vertices collection of the shape. Is there anyone out
there who knows in what numerical format the vertices are saved. I'd like to
be able to convert them to device independent pixels.
