MSP 2007 Authentication

I have heard that there is no way to set up a Project Server Account in 2007
as they existed in MSP 2003. I've read the Technet article at

but I'm still a bit confused. Is there any way to set up a test user that
uses only a password and not windows authentication? If so, can someone
explain how?

PS2007 absolutely supports forms authentiction, though it's not as straight
forward to setup as it was in 2003. I have a document I can send you which
will walk through the process.
