MSP 2007 multiple plans open - crashes

We are using MSP 2007. The infrastructure patch was recently applied.
We are experiencing regular application crashes:
- If more than one plan is saved or published on the server without closing
project first and then rebooting the application after the first action
- When renaming more than one plan sequentially without closing project
first and then rebooting the application after the first action

Even after taking precautionary measures such as clearing the project cache
and rebooting MSP after each action, the application still crashes.

Any ideas as to why this could be happening? Thanks in advance for any
feedback.

Adrienne:

This might indicate that the IU was applied to the server but not the
client. Could this be the case? Were all of your workstations also updated?

Hello Gary,

Thanks for your quick response. The IU was applied to both the server and
the client.
What else can I look at?
