.msp filed accidently deleted

I accidently deleted some .msp files from the "Installer" folder, now i'm
unable to repair, install new patches or run setup. Pls help me, how do i
set things right again.

I have an administrative installation point for office 2003 created but when
I start setup it asks for the msp files.
