MSP Files Customization

I created an MSP file and put in on our network share to install a
customized Office 2007 install.
When I do the setup /adminfile \\servername\share\name.msp I get an error
after launch that says "The /adminfile command-line option can be used only
during initial initial installation of the product."
I'm obvisouly doing something wrong. Suggestions?

I got this message when I 've already had the office instalation on my
computer.
When you have the instalation, you should run SETUP without "/adminfile"
