MSP Project Version via Macro

Does anyone know a way to get the MSP version thru a macro? My issue is that
I would like to check so see if the management staff all have the most
current version of MSP 2003 installed which is SP2. I can get the project
version for 2003, which is 11.0, but do not know how to find out if SP2 has
been installed. Can someone help?
