MSP03 Outlook Addin

Hello NG.

We use MSP Server and Professional 2003. We installed the Outlook Addin in
Outlook 2003. In most of the cases it works, but on one client we always get
the message "Login failed" when trying to import or update.
All clients have the same configuration, the path is ok and Web Access can
be opened through "Tools/Project Web Access/PWA Home Page.
The specific user has full admin rights and can login to PWA without
problems. Only when clicking on the buttons in Outool it fails.

Does anyone know this problem?
Could it be that Outlook or XP Pro uses another ID for the login in the
background altough the user is logged in on his client with the same id he is
registered in PWA?

Click "Tools > Options..." in the Outlook client and in the "Project Web
Access" tab, click the button "Enter login information...".
You can try entering the login credentials here manually and testing the
connection. When this fails at least you'll know its not the login-id...

Hi.

The path is correct and when clicking the "Test connection" button
everything is ok. It get's a connection.

There's only the message "Login failed".
