MSP2002 migrated plans in MSP2003, publish not yield new tasks in

Good day, currently migrating from MSP2002 to MSP2003, seems like migrated &
new plans after publishing the plans & tasks and receiving the email
notification for the assigned resource do not yield either in the home page a
new task assignment nor in the timesheet. We have tried all permissions etc.
The new & migrated plans appear in the project center no problem, we are able
to "add new tasks" from PWA to the plans, however, again, for new & migrated
plans when assigning tasks from MSP Pro we get no new tasks in PWA. This
worked well for Admin type plans, but not for "regular" plans...Any
suggestions are welcomed, thanks!
