MSP2002 to MSP2003 migrated Enterprise Global Template problem

Good day, currently migrating from MSP2002 to MSP2003; after following the
prescriped Microsoft migration scripts, we have mananged to migrate all
project plans, configurations etc. However, many of our Enterprise Global
Template fields (custome outline codes) are messed up. Particularly our RBS;
values seem to appear & dissappear when viewing in MSP Pro the EGT, in the
"Customize Enterprise Fields", Custom Outline Codes, Resource, RBS, Edit
Lookup Table...when we click on the "+" sign next to migrated values, the
hierarchy does not expand, the "+" sign dissapears and other values dissapear
right in front of our eyes...A case for the "X Files" really! HELP!!!!

Note: we have also tried creating a backup of the EGT from MSP2002 and
loading it in MSP2003 with the same results: dissapearing data, hierarchies
etc. Thank you
