MSP2007, MUI, display Enterprise Custom field data in PWA

I deployed additional language pack to PS2007 (RU - original, EN - deployed)
as described in

Problem is – Enterprise Custom Field data are not shown in Project Center or
Resource Center PWA views when I switch to newly installed language (EN)

For example - RBS resource field is correctly displayed for each resource in
Resource center in original IE language (RU) but is empty after switching
to EN.
The same is for any Enterprise Custom field (Project or Resource type)

Has anybody found workaround to solve this? ... please help !
