MSP_TIMEPHASED_DATA table

In the Ms Project file called PJDB.HTM all the way at the bottom it talks about a table called MSP_TIMEPHASED_DATA. The instructions tell you to go to TOOLS/OPTIONS and then click the Save Tab and then select the Expand timephased data in the database check box through Project. From my understanding, we should have "data" in this table like work, percent, complete, cost, a date range, units of time, etc..etc. For some reason when I look at that table, there is nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Why is that? Shouldn't I see data on this table from the steps I did in Project?

You have to save the file to a database after you change the settings.
Have you saved it to a database?
