MSP_VIEW_PROJ_ASSN_TP_BY_DAY

Hi,

I have installed project server 2003 in cluster environment & off-loaded
views table in seperate server. However, I could see lot of issues occuring
in this table 'MSP_VIEW_PROJ_ASSN_TP_BY_DAY' which is causing performance
issue. Like to get tips / tricks to manage this situation from you experts.
Please help me?
