MSP_WEB_TRANSACTIONS table - missing entries

Hi,

I'm writing a report on resources's timesheets from the MSP_WEB_WORK and
MSP_WEB_TRANSACTIONS tables. I use the MSP_WEB_TRANSACTIONS table to see
what action (Acceptd or Rejected) has been taken on the specified timesheet
entry.

The problem that I have is that there are missing entries in the
MSP_WEB_TRANSACTIONS table. This means I cant see what action has been taken
on some timesheet periods.

If I can understand why certain records from the MSP_WEB_TRANSACTIONS table
is missing I can handle it correctly.
