MSProject 2003/2007 Addin is not loading on Window Vista with Just

Hi,

MSproject Addin is not loading with "Just Me" option on Window Vista, same
thing work fine with "Every one".

I found one difference related to "Just Me" and "Every One". Please let me
is it becuase below thing causing not to load the Addin, if so please let me
know how to fix in the Window Installer of Addin.

Addin Registers Under- HKEY_LOCAL_MEACHINE_SOFTWARE_Microsoft...

Class is Registered Under-
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
HKEY_CURRENT_USER_SOFTWARE_CLASSES

"Every ONE"
Addin Registers Under- HKEY_LOCAL_MEACHINE_SOFTWARE_Microsoft...

Class is Registered Under-
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
