MSProject 2003 error

Does anyone know what the following message means? "Project failed to start
correctly last time. Starting Project in safe mode will help you correct or
isolate a startup problem in order to successfully start the program."

Hi Adam,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Safe mode to me means that you should boot your computer into Windows from
the boot menu into safe mode. Then load Project. I've no idea where you go
from there :( You might have to re-install Project.
