MSProject Access Issue - Project Server 2003 SP3

Hi

We are using Project Server 2003 SP3

I have a project manager accessing MSProject using Project Server
Authentication.

Couple of days back he got his windows profile resetted as he was getting
an
error while accessing MSProject.

Now, when he attempted to configure his Project Server account and tested
the connection, he is getting an error like


" The Server returned an error while processing your request. The error
could be caused by one of the following:

1) The URL Specified is not valid or is not a Project Server
2) Internet explorer is set to work offline
3) The server could not process your request
4) An internal server error occurred

Contact your server administrator".

Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

Does this happen on his machine only, or does the issue follow him from
machine to machine?
