MSProject.Application object creation error

Hi All

We have developed a solution which wraps arround MSProject 2003. The
solution is developed in VB. The solution was developed successfully in Win
2000, everything was working. We could able to export the data to MS
Project and create a microsoft project (.MPP) file. When we are deploying
the same solution on Windows 2003 server we are getting the Error: 429 -
Activex component cannot create object.

MS Project server 2003 & MS Project Professional is installed on the same
server & Project Server is set to Windows Authentication Mode. Can some
please help me out on why it is failing on Win 2003 Server.
