MSPS 2003 - Enterprise and Local resources sharing tasks

I have enterprise and local resource sharing tasks.

I process updates to get the actuals updated, however I have to maunually
update compltion due to having local resources.

this puts me out of sync so I sync and wind up w/ a greater# of hours than
what is true because this complex engine auto inserts actual work for the
local resource.

Is there a sane means of managing tasks w/ both types of resources?

It sounds like you have locked down actuals enabled on your server.

Have you tried changing your local resource's workgroup to "None" or
changing them to generic type resources. One of those might prevent the
synch issues you are encountering.
