MSPS 2007 - Billable vs Non-Billable

I was wondering if someone can help me. I am in the process of setting up MS
Project Server 2007 with a view to interfacing with our existing timesheet
system. One of the pieces of information we currently track is whether a
task is billable or non-billable. However, I can't see how to flag this -
either on the task in MS Project or when entering actuals in the timesheet?
I can set up new timesheet classifications but can't see how to flag these as
billable or not? I have even tried setting the resource rates as zero, but
all the hours are still showing in ActualWorkBillable in the
MSP_TimesheetActual table in the ProjectServer_Reporting database in SQL
Server 2005.

Under server settings timesheet option (cant recall the exact terminology
from memory), place a check in the "The timesheet will use standard Overtime
and Non-Billable time tracking" option.

Then open a timesheet and toggle show/hide non-billable work from the
actions menu.

Thanks very much for that, the show/hide non-billable work was the key fact I
was missing - I think I tried this before but perhaps my screen didn't
refresh properly or something. When I tried again, it all became clear :)
