MSPS and WSS

I have connected WSS and i am working with that.But i heared about WSPS 2003
so i want to connect this services.what can i do to connect the MSPS 2003?
And tell me how do i work with MSPS and WSS 2003.

The name is only SPS 2003 (not WSPS 2003 or MSPS 2003). It's also a rather
pricey "upgrade" to the free WSS and in my opinion when used mainly with
Project Server 2003 offers little to justify those extra charges
(software+CALs)

How to use Project Server 2003 with SPS 2003 is in the various Project
Server 2003 installation guides that MS provide on their web site. Details
on how Project Server 2003 uses WSS (or SPS 2003) are in other Project
Server 2003 documentation.

Read those first and then ask specific questions here later.

I want to know about sharepoint services 2003 this is my question.First i
ask about i have connected the wss but the sharepoint portal services is not
connected what i do for that?
