The only way to resolve the MSSOAP error messages generating to the Event Log
is to install Sharepoint v.2. You may want to uninstall Project Server 2003
first otherwise you may get lock up from the browser. You have to install in
sequence, sharepoint first and then project server 2003.
It baffled me for a long time and I'm really frustrated on Microsoft
architecture that says that it doesn't required sharepoint but do need it to
stop the error logs. I search this discussion group high and low and found
no solution. The product is good but you have to buy the whole house to
enjoy just the bedroom.
