the errors in the application log are as follows
SOAP error: XML parser failed at linenumber, 0 linepostion 0, reason is
access is denied
next error soap error: loading of the WSDL file Failed
last error
soap error: one of the parameters specified is invalid.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled project server 2003, the process is set
to logon with an account that has local and domain admin rights.
I am running this on server 2003 with SP1 installed and running project
server with SP2a installed,
the Sqlserver is installed on the same box, with anaylisys services installed
windows share point service 2.0 is installed and updated to SP 2, and was
configured with the config wizard prior to install. i have seen lots of posts
on this error but none with a clear resolution, if i need to specifie access
to a particular file, what file or directory.
The other functions of MSPS2K3 seem to be working analysys services are
working, I am tryine to intergrate into AD so that it will be easier to
interface with exchange - outlook and update resources.
