MSSP3EN.LEX file

My MSSP3N.LEX file is gone from my hard drive. This is my Microsoft Office
Word 2003 main dictionary. Where can I get a copy of this to download? I
know it is gone I have searched hidden files and everything. I am unable to
download my Stedman's Medical Speller until I have the main dictionary in my
Microsoft Office Word 2003. Any links or website help is greatly appreciated!

The file should be in the "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof" folder. Try repairing your Word
installation by starting Word and clicking on Help | Detect and
Repair.

Repair Word from the control panel > add & remove programs applet. If that
doesn't fix it, try again only this time uncheck the proofing tools and
complete the setup, then re-run, checking the proofing tools again. You will
need the install disc.

I cannot find my word cd and am wondering if there is anyway to download this
file from anywhere on the internet?
