MsSpell3.dll

Word 2000, Win98SE:

When I run the Word spellchecker, I sometimes get a message that it can find
MSSpell3.dll.

I can find it in \Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared|Proof.

Where should it be, or what can I do to help Word find it?
