msWord Embedded in Access crash

When I have msWord open as an embedded object in a tabbed form, when I click
out of it and into any other form or activex control, the program crashes
when I try to return to msWord.

It is office 97 and does it on both Win98 and XP, is this a known bug, or
just my systems?
