MSXML 5.0 where can I find it?

I heard that version 5.0 of the XML parser is available
only via Office 2003. My
question is, does anyone know if this is available in the
Standard edition, or only Professional.

I have a Standard Office upgrade pack (that I haven't
opened up yet) that talks about XML support being included
in the Professional version, but I was wondering if anyone
knew the answer to the above question for sure.
