You turned on 'show systemobjects' by checking the checkbox. These are
internal Access tables which should be there. If you don't want to see then
goto the 'Extra' menuoption choose 'opties' view the tab where the checkbox
is regarding the show systemobjects.

In 2007 you would click the options of the navigation pane and uncheck the
check in the options window there.
