The kb says the article is not available. I'm not sure
which forum this is appropriate for but i need some help.
We have a HR program that is developed in Access. We are
currently trying to upgrade to Access XP. We have been
working with the vendor.. they actually performed our
upgrade and repaired our db. They have gotten it to work
on their system. We are just trying to install the new
version's software.. separate directory. It will install on
the hard drive no problems. If i install it on either of
our networks (netware 4.11 sp9, netware 6) I get this
message when it is trying to compact the default db. I've
tried 2 different cd's.. thinking one might be bad. The OS
that we are installing this on is win98 SE.. which has
worked to the vendor's records (just slower). The vendor's
specs say it supports netware 6.
Any ideas? The state will not give me access to a win XP
image to see if it will solve my problems. They are still
testing it etc.
any other suggestions?
thanks
